I was actually happy with the amount of parts they had available. There were plenty of options to choose from, and it made it easier to find what I needed. Weirdly, I remember there was a tiny blue sticker on one of the boxes that caught my eye, but overall the parts selection was the main thing that stood out.

The PC itself has been okay so far, but the weird part is how hard it was to get help when I needed it. I had to follow up twice, and it felt like nobody really looked into my issue until I kept pushing. Not the worst experience, but the support side was frustrating.

I sent over my actual scores and they helped me put everything together. The whole process was really easy and straightforward, and I appreciated how simple they made it from start to finish.

Overall, the build quality feels really solid. The case arrived clean, the cables were mostly tidy, and everything seems put together well. The only thing was one of the side panel screws was way tighter than it should’ve been, which was a little frustrating. It’s not a huge deal, but I’d still expect at least a quick apology for that since it made the setup less smooth than it should’ve been. Other than that, I’m happy with it so far

I got my PC from apexgamingpcs, and so far I’m happy with it. I kind of assumed I’d eventually want to upgrade things, since that’s usually how it goes with gaming PCs, so I was glad to see the case has plenty of room inside. The parts seem standard too, not some weird proprietary setup that makes everything harder later. I already added more RAM with no problem, which was a good sign. Overall, it’s been a solid buy.

The build quality is decent, so I’ll give it that, but the price feels a little high for what you actually get. I also felt like I wasted more energy than I should have just trying to justify the cost and figure out if it was really worth it. It’s not terrible, but I expected a bit more for the money.

If you’re ordering one, I’d just recommend checking the PC over as soon as it arrives and contacting support right away if anything looks off. Overall, good customer service, just wish the delivery had gone smoother

I got this mainly thinking it would handle stuff like Warzone and Fortnite well, and it kind of confirmed what I already figured. Both games run smooth for me and I haven’t had any real issues there. The only thing is the fans do start getting loud after playing for a while, but I was already expecting that with something pushing games like this, so it doesn’t bother me too much.

My order stayed in the processing stage for several days, which was frustrating. I get that delays can happen, but from my perspective it felt like nothing was moving, and I would’ve appreciated a clearer update.

I got a prebuilt from Apex, it was mostly fine for what I paid. The parts seemed decent, the cable management was alright but not anything special, and it worked right out of the box without much hassle. At this point I’m kind of tired of chasing perfect service or nitpicking every little thing, so I was mostly just glad it turned on and ran well. My main issue is that the configuration felt a little unbalanced, like the CPU and GPU pairing could’ve been chosen better. Overall, not a bad experience, just average...

I did get my refund in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, it was slower than I expected. If you’re not in a rush, it’s probably fine, but if you’re counting on the money coming back quickly, it might be a little frustrating.

I’ve been using it for gaming it runs way cooler than I expected. Even after a longer session, it doesn’t feel like it’s overheating or struggling. Maybe I’m just easy to impress, but that seems good, right?

Apex did a good job keeping me in the loop while my PC was being ordered and built. I liked being able to see what stage it was at without having to keep reaching out and asking. Communication was clear, and they got back to me fast enough, so overall... yeah, no real complaints there.

Had a bit of a shipping issue at first, which was annoying, but support actually got back to me quick and got it sorted. Once the PC finally showed up, anyway, it runs well now and I’m happy enough with it
